Woven mesh, including non-ferrous metals
Non-ferrous wire mesh is a type of woven metal cloth with square or rectangular meshes formed by weaving warp wires (running along the mesh) with weft wires (running across the mesh) in a plain or twill weave.
The most common weave method is plain weave where each warp wire is twisted successively with a filling wire; a twill weave where warp and filling wires are interwoven across two wires. If the distance between the warp wires is greater than the filling wires, the cell is called wide, if vice versa, then long. When weft and warp wires are spaced as far apart as possible, so that there is virtually no mesh, a zero-mesh is formed. The resulting fabric is called a strainer fabric. For such high density filter meshes, a twill weave is generally used.

Nichrome wire can be used for filtration of various gases, liquids, separation, drying, dehydration of various bulk solids. It is also possible to make conveyor belts for conveyor belts where there is a high temperature. |
The main components are chrome (21%) and nickel (up to 80%).
Among the advantages are heat resistance, ductility and high cryogenic resistance (ability to withstand high temperatures). The wire will not deform even at 1450°C. |
The mesh width is 1000, 1300 or 1500 mm. The minimum length of a section is: 1 m for a mesh section of 0.04-0.063 mm; 1.5 m for a section of 0.071-0.56 mm; 3 m for meshes of 0.63-2.5 mm. In terms of workmanship, products of normal, high and control accuracy are distinguished. The latter are used for assessing particle sizes in the milling and concentration of various materials.
Mesh made of non-ferrous alloys are flexible and durable, resistant to wear, corrosion and high temperatures. Ferrous mesh is used in industry for filtration and separation of particles, for purification of liquids and gases, as well as test and laboratory sieves, protective screens in electrical engineering and instrumentation. Due to their performance characteristics, non-ferrous mesh products can be used in a wide range of applications, from household appliances to astronautics.
BCmesh offers copper, brass, bronze, nickel, nichrome, titanium, molybdenum, tungsten, gold and other metal nets. Products differ in type of metal or alloy in the base, mesh size and wire diameter. Woven wire meshes conform to GOST 6613-86 and specially developed specifications.
Brass mesh (half-temp): woven mesh made of brass wire of L80 and L63 grades.
Bronze mesh: bronze wire of BrOF grade (alloy composition: copper - 92%, tin - 6.5%, phosphorus - 0.4%). Standard sizes of wire mesh
Nickel meshes: are manufactured from a wire based on NP2 grade nickel with a purity of 99.5%.
Copper mesh: Manufactured from general purpose copper
Nichrome woven mesh n is manufactured from nichrome wire (X20H80, X15H60). Nichrome is a heat-resistant alloy with high resistance to aggressive media and high temperatures.
Titanium mesh is manufactured from wire of different diameters with rectangular and square-shaped meshes, the size of which varies depending on the product grade. It is versatile in its application and can serve as an alternative to meshes made of other materials if required.
Molybdenum mesh, manufactured in accordance with standards, is a woven, woven or welded cloth with meshes of various shapes and sizes. Melting point: 2610°C - 2640°C.
Tungsten wire mesh is made from tungsten wire with a purity of 99.9% and has an extremely high tensile strength. Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metals, even at temperatures above 1650ºC. Its properties include a melting point of 3410ºC, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical and thermal conductivity.

Due to the performance characteristics, non-ferrous metal meshes have a wide range of applications: from the domestic sphere to astronautics. BCmesh offers copper, brass, bronze, nickel, nichrome, titanium, molybdenum, tungsten, gold and other metal meshes. Products differ in the type of metal or alloy in the base, the size of the cells, the diameter of the wire.
Brass nets (semi-packed): woven nets made of brass wire grades L80 and L63
Bronze nets: products made of bronze wire of the BrOf brand (alloy composition: copper - 92%, tin - 6.5%, phosphorus - 0.4%).

Nickel nets: made of wire, based on nickel grade NP2 with a purity of 99.5%.
Copper grids: made of copper for general purpose

Nichrome woven mesh is made of nichrome wire (X20H80, X15H60). Nichrome is a heat-resistant alloy with high resistance to aggressive media and high temperatures.

Titanium mesh is made from wire of various diameters with rectangular and square meshes, the size of which varies depending on the brand of the product. It is universal in application, if necessary, it can serve as an alternative to meshes made of other materials.

Molybdenum mesh is a woven, woven or welded fabric with cells of various shapes and sizes. Melting point: 2610°C - 2640°C.

Tungsten wire mesh is made of 99.9% pure tungsten wire and has extremely high tensile strength. Tungsten has the highest melting point of all metals, even at temperatures above 1650°C. Among its properties are a melting point of 3410ºC, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and good electrical and thermal conductivity.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
Non-ferrous mesh is supplied in coils, evenly wound. The material is packed in waxed or double-layer bitumen paper, plasticised film and wooden crates. Products are stored indoors or under sheds to protect against moisture and UV radiation.
