Sieve
BCmesh company produces:
- perforated (metal-piercing) metal-woven sieves;
- screens for screens;
- under the client's request.
Perforated (metal-punched) metal-woven sieves or laboratory sieves of normal accuracy are used for sieving bulk materials when determining the granulometric composition both manually and as a sieving part in analyzers and sieves.
Sieve analysis is performed using one or more sieves, a tray and a lid. The number of sieves, as well as the size of the mesh cell or the size and shape of the holes of the perforated canvases are determined by the conditions of the analysis.
The sieve shell is made of stainless or galvanized steel with a thickness of 0.55 or 0.8 mm. The connection is made by a welded seam.
The sets of sieves are formed in accordance with the Customer's requirements and are equipped with pallets and lids.
A calibration certificate is provided at the request of the Customer.

BCmesh produces a variety of metal screens for screens. Braided and welded sieves are made with tension hooks of any shape for installation in a screen of any manufacturer. The sieves are designed to work in difficult conditions and a significant load of material. The large thickness of the wire makes it possible to withstand prolonged intensive operation and impacts of large-scale inclusions falling from a great height.
Material: DIN 17223 A spring steel or 1.4301 nichrome steel
STANDARD SIEVE - FORM A
• Cell shape: square or rectangular;
• Cell size: 1 - 33mm
• Wire thickness: 0.5 - 6 mm
• fastening: tension hooks of any shape or without hooks;
• sizes of the sieve with hooks: any on order;
The peculiarity of this type of screen mesh is that the wires are bent at their intersection points in both directions and intertwined with tension. The wire material used has high tensile strength and gives the mesh significant vibration strength. The screens for the screen of form A of our production are of exceptional quality and have a long service life.
STANDARD SIEVE - FORM A+D
• Cell shape: square or rectangular;
• Cell size: 1 - 33mm
• Wire thickness: 0.5 - 6 mm
• fastening: tension hooks of any shape or without hooks;
• sizes of the sieve with hooks: any on order;
The canilized mesh A+D consists of intertwined wire with subsequent stamping of a notch. The grid cells for the A+D screen can be rectangular or square. Unlike the A-shaped mesh, here each wire receives additional bending pressure before and after each intersection point. This results in an absolutely strong grip in the grid, which keeps the exact size of the cell even after a long service life. This form of screen mesh is mainly used with a large ratio of the cell size to the wire diameter.
WAVE-SHAPED SIEVE - SHAPE WITH
• Cell shape: square or rectangular;
• Cell size: 10 - 70mm
• Wire thickness: 1.6 - 6 mm
• fastening: tension hooks of any shape
• screen sizes:: any to order.
The peculiarity of this type of screen mesh is that the wires have relatively short, strong bends in both directions and intersect only through each X bend, depending on the desired cell size. The material used has a high tensile strength, so that the wavy canilized mesh for the C-shaped screen has high dynamic strength and long service life.
BRAIDED SIEVE, SHAPE E
• Cell shape: square or rectangular;
• Cell size: 12 - 80mm
• Wire thickness: 5 - 12 mm
• fastening: tension hooks of any shape or without hooks;
• screen sizes:: any to order.
The peculiarity of this lattice is that the bends of the wire forming both layers of the sieve, unlike the standard sieve, protrude only on one side, so that on one side the sieve remains smooth (flat), and on the other side – wavy. As a rule, the smooth side of the sieve plays the role of the working side. It is used for screening coarse-grained heavy materials, such as, for example, pieces of concrete or stones. The considerable thickness of the sieve wire allows it to withstand a long service life.
WELDED GRATING, SHAPE F
• Cell shape: square or rectangular;
• Cell size: 10 - 120mm
• Wire thickness: 5 - 20 mm
• fastening: tension hooks of any shape or without hooks;
• screen sizes:: any to order.
A characteristic difference of this grid is that two straightened wires intersect at right angles and are pressure welded at the intersection points. This is how we get the upper and lower layers of wire. As a rule, the wires of the upper layer are located parallel to the material flow. The F-shaped grating is used for screening large quantities of heavy materials, rubble stone, pebbles, concrete scrap, recycled materials and waste recycling.
THE USE OF METAL SIEVES:
- dry screening of sand and gravel mixtures;
- screening of limestone and dolomite rubble;
- dry screening of low-abrasive rocks;
- gypsum screening;
- sand/cement screening;
- sifting of expanded clay;
- sifting of mineral fertilizers.
