Low carbon steel mesh

Welded steel mesh is a metal sheet made of alloy, carbon or other steel, made from wire by weaving, welding or simultaneously cutting and drawing a steel sheet, used for sorting fractions for bulk materials, used in the filtration of various gases and liquids, dehydration and drying of wet materials , fencing of objects and moving parts of machines, production of cages, reinforcement for concrete and glass, in preparation for plastering work. Metal mesh differs in types of wire steel, weaving method, shape and size of cells, type of supply (in rolls and cards).

For reinforcement of concrete, glass, when performing plastering work, a welded metal mesh is used. It is a material made of carbon steel, alloy steel. It is produced by welding, cutting and pulling a single sheet or weaving.

Material Features

Metal mesh is a universal product that has found application in various industries. They use it, starting from mechanical engineering, economic activity, ending with finishing works, fences. The material for the manufacture of this product is steel, galvanized or stainless steel with a polymer coating, as well as low-carbon steel Q195, C1006, Q235, and others.

Linen. A popular option. The wire is woven crosswise. The product has increased durability and reliability.
Twill weave with diagonal pattern. It is stronger and more reliable than the linen version.
Dutch. It is made of wire of different diameters.
Twill Dutch. It has a diagonal pattern of different wires.
Reverse Dutch. The thread is a weft of a larger diameter.
Stranded. It is made of wire of the same diameter.
Rectangular weave. A lightweight version.
